Qayda account deletion

Here you can request deletion of your Qayda account and the data associated with it.

What will be deleted

• your phone number and profile data (name, city);
• the history of activated discounts;
• information about devices and sign-in sessions.

Only the information we are required to keep under the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan is retained longer — in a de-identified or minimally necessary form. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Timeframe

A request is processed within 30 calendar days. After deletion the history cannot be restored. Signing in again with the same number will create a new, empty account.
